Cobbled this contraption together with the 125 that you guys helped me get running better. I still need to look into a slow starting issue but it works for now.
Pretty simply design but it seems to work. I mounted a from rim on the foot peg of the tractor to serve as an idler/guide pulley. Turned the rear wheel inside out to help center it with the pulley, removed the rear fender. And locked the left wheel with a chock to transfer the power to the drive wheel.
For the down-hill pulley it is another front rim with a come along anchoring it to a tree.
Kids and myself enjoy it, used it for several hours today in a surprise 6 inches of snow.
