I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but I started to. I saved it in my "International" folder on my user profile. Looks cool!
There's a lot of archive IH videos on YouTube. I've got a bunch saved.

Just because it's old, doesn't mean it's obsolete!

I've got a lot of Cubs in the barn....but I have more implements/attachments!

You should read the book A Corporate Tragedy by Barbara Marsh. It details the demise of the IH Corp. I have a copy, but took years to get. (Lance found a copy and bought it for me!) It's no longer in print, and usually brings a pretty penny. But with the rise of e-books, the price is coming down. No, you can't get it in an e-book either. Not yet anyways.

^^^That's a great price. Anyone who wants a copy should get it. Back when I was looking for mine, they typically brought 3 times that!

I thought $40 for a paperback was a bit steep...until I saw what the hardcovers are listed for! I just did a search and my local library has a copy. Guess I'll be getting a library card soon.

I got it from a library and read almost all of it when Lance found it and sent it to me. The book is packed full of info, and it gets cumbersome at times to read. Plus, it bounced back and forth through the time line as it follows key people in the company, so it's a tough read. But it does do a great job at painting the 100 year long picture of the company's downfall. Perfect example of a company who thought they were too big to fail.

Great video!! thought the safety/rollover testing was interesting--especially of the construction equipment
