Rear Wheel Removal Cub Cadet CC 30 H

Greetings to all. I am putting my Cub Cadet to bed for the winter and have done all the suggested maintenance up to removing the rear wheels and greasing the axles. I just can't get the axle bolt loose. I understand it comes off counterclockwise but it won't move either direction. This is a new mower and used one season. These models come with one bolt to hold the wheel in place. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!!

Get meaner with it. Use a longer wrench, or an impact. It's just a 5/16" bolt, shouldn't be stuck that tight.

Just because it's old, doesn't mean it's obsolete!

I've got a lot of Cubs in the barn....but I have more implements/attachments!
