    imbedding videos?

So we have a way to imbed videos? Youtube tags? What about downloadable videos?

According to all I have read, yes Jeff, we can. But, I haven't had time to play with that feature, so I can't really answer your questions. I was kind of hoping someone would just do it, lol, then maybe we could see how it's done. IF I ever get time..... I will play with it. Otherwise, maybe someone else will try it first. Feel free to go into the testing area and play with it!

Just because it's old, doesn't mean it's obsolete!

On other forums I have used all you do is post the link and it automatically does it, probably a setting on your end Jon.

Ok, I figured it out. Give me a few and I'll make a quick "tutorial". It's easy.

Edit: I might need to make one to put in the FAQ section....

Ok, so when you go to post, you need to click on the "A" on the right hand side. (Circled in green in the pic below.) It will give you a drop down "advanced editor" . Click the "embed video" button and it will pop up a window asking you for the link. (This button is circled in red.) Click "OK" and it will put a link in your text. When you hit the "post" button, it will embed the video. To see an example, I did a test post (using a video Jeff linked to of him blowing snow) in the Test area of the forum. Should be up in your New Posts.

          Thanks for asking Jeff!!!

It's so easy a bodyman can do it.

I have a video a friend sent me that I saved on my computer. Any way to load that?

I don't know. Can you just attach it?

Ok. When I get a chance, I'll figure it out and let you know. I've had a busy afternoon, and the kids are still up. After 8, I'll be more free, lol.
