    KH-52-053-56

Hello! First time posting for me.I have a 2082 that won't run unless you pour fuel into the carb. I removed and cleaned (basically varnish) out of bowl. Also soaked in clean gas for a week. Still won't work... I have fuel to the carb just not coming up from the bowl. Put an after market carb on and it runs. I am looking for a KH-52-053-56 carburetor with the solenoid in the top. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I'm not the best on this site, but if it were me I would get a carb rebuild kit, do what you have already done, again, using carb cleaner fluid in a pressurized can, and blow soft air through every port you can find, several times, somewhere there is a blockage and the new parts will set your mind at ease that you have done everything you can.

Usually these carbs don't need replacing, just a very good cleaning, that's just my two cents worth.
